How Harmeon processes personal data collected while browsing and through the contact form.

Data collected
The form collects first name, last name, company, email and any message submitted. The infrastructure may also process technical data required to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request date and time, user agent and security information. We do not request special categories of personal data.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is processed to answer the request and take any pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. Technical data is processed to deliver, protect and maintain the site efficiently on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest. Administrative or legal obligations are fulfilled under the applicable legal basis. The form does not automatically subscribe users to marketing communications.
Providers and recipients
Cloudflare provides Cloudflare Pages, CDN delivery and technical services required to publish, deliver and protect the site; Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic and performance metrics. HubSpot receives and organises form enquiries as the CRM platform. Data is accessible only to authorised parties and providers necessary to operate the service, under their respective data processing agreements. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area take place using the safeguards required by the GDPR and adopted by the providers.
Retention
Enquiries and related contact data are retained for no longer than 24 months from the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship, legal obligation or the establishment of a legal claim requires a different period. Technical security data is retained only for the time necessary under the service configuration and provider criteria.
Analytics and local technologies
Harmeon uses Cloudflare Web Analytics exclusively for aggregated traffic and performance metrics. The service does not use cookies, localStorage or fingerprinting for analytics. The site stores no analytics preferences or identifiers in the browser.
Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@harmeon-music.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Providing the mandatory form fields is necessary to receive a response.
Automated decisions and updates
Data collected through the landing site is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling. This notice will be updated whenever processing activities, providers or the controller’s identification details change.
